Job Title: Part-Time Events Manager

It is an Irish-founded multi-nutrient that is quickly evolving into one of the biggest female nutritional brands in the market. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented part-time events co-ordinator to join this passionate team to collectively grow this dynamic brand.
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a highly organized and motivated person who will be a key collaborator in overseeing, coordinating and implementing all SISTERLY events in Ireland
- This position requires strong events experience ideally in the retail and luxury space
- We need someone who can identify and secure event opportunities and brand collaborations
- The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, thrive in collaborative environments, and excel at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Events: planning, executing and reporting on all events in Ireland
- Collaboration: Working with the SISTERLY team to execute and run events
- Project Management: Support the development of comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, internal and external communication and execution of event
- Organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Client Liaison: co-ordinate with relevant client-side teams to align event logistics, objectives and deliverables
- Brand development: Seeking event opportunities and brand collaborations for SISTERLY
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 3+ years of full service event management experience either inhouse or agency
- Expertised in project management and very strong attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns/activities
- Proven ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams
- Outstanding execution, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills
