Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest is seeking a dynamic and strategic President's Council Manager to join our team and lead our mid-level donor program. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to work with a passionate group of donors to ensure their engagement, retention, and continued support of our mission.
As the President's Council Manager, you will oversee and manage a donor program focused on individuals who make annual gifts between $1,000 to $9,999. You will be responsible for cultivating, stewarding, and soliciting donations from this vital donor base while supporting our broader strategic goals. You will also collaborate closely with the Major Gifts team to enhance the overall donor experience and help increase revenue.

Manage the President’s Council program, developing strategies to acquire new donors, retain existing ones, and track performance.
Work with the Annual Campaign and Major Gifts teams to create and maintain a strong donor pipeline, focusing on growth and opportunities.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with President’s Council members, ensuring they feel valued and engaged with personalized communication.
Create stewardship materials in partnership with Communications & Marketing to ensure donors are recognized for their support.
Organize donor recognition events and annual donor meetings to strengthen relationships and engage donors further.
Personally solicit gifts from mid-level donors, tailoring each ask to the donor’s history and capacity.
Collaborate across departments with Major Gifts, Planned Giving, Annual Giving, Events, and Institutional Giving to provide a seamless donor experience.
Support overall fundraising strategy, focusing on the growth of the mid-level donor segment and helping to meet ambitious fundraising goals.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development, with a focus on mid-level donor programs and major gifts.

Proven ability to manage a mid-level donor portfolio and successfully solicit gifts.

Experience in CRM systems, especially donor management tools for tracking engagement, stewardship, and solicitation.

Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate donors.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for personalized donor outreach.

Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary to support events and donor engagements.

Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM software.

A background in healthcare fundraising or working with advocacy-based organizations is a plus.

The hiring rate for this position is $66,000-$87,000 annually + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 Matching Program, Educational Assistance, Access to 1:1 Mental Fitness/Life coach, Premium CALM account, and more!
