The Organisation:
Our client is a Healthcare provider with operations throughout the country. They are part of a large global not-for-profit network re-investing profits to support both broader domestic and overseas operations.
The Role:
You'll lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns to grow brand visibility, strengthen digital presence, and engage key audiences. You'll manage website content and marketing materials, ensuring clear, consistent messaging across all channels. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to drive impact and support the organisation's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with organisational goals and maximise reach across digital and traditional channels.
- Ensure brand consistency and compelling storytelling across all content, campaigns, and communication materials.
- Lead website strategy, driving SEO/SEM initiatives and optimising user experience to boost visibility and engagement.
- Manage content creation and digital outreach, including social media, email marketing, and audience growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, data-informed marketing initiatives.
- Build strong community and stakeholder connections to enhance brand engagement and impact.
- Oversee external agencies to ensure delivery on KPIs, budgets, and campaign effectiveness.
What You'll Bring
- A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, PR, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at an executive level.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Mailchimp, SEO tools, and Google Ads.
- A deep understanding of inclusive communication, diversity, and the impact of messaging.
- Passion for reproductive rights and a commitment to reducing stigma around abortion and contraception.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative, values-led approach.
- Experience in the not-for-profit, healthcare, or social impact sectors is highly regarded.
