Your Role as a Registered Nurse & Midwife
- Deliver comprehensive care across both nursing and midwifery settings
- Provide exceptional support to expectant mothers, new mothers, and newborns
- Assist in antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
- Support and mentor junior colleagues, student midwives, and Assistants in Nursing (AINs)
- Ensure the highest standards of maternal and neonatal care
- Work collaboratively with obstetricians, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Offer education and emotional support to mothers and families throughout their pregnancy and postnatal journey
What You’ll Need
- Dual qualification as a Registered Nurse and Midwife
- AHPRA registration
- Recent clinical experience in a maternity unit, including birth suite and acute care hospital settings
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full COVID-19 vaccination
