About Us -Liberty Healthcare Solutions is a trusted healthcare staffing agency providing skilled and compassionate nurses to healthcare facilities across Canada. We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple specialties, including Operating Room (OR), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Emergency Room (ER), Acute Care Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), and Long-Term Care (LTC).
General Requirements (All Applicants)
- Current, unrestricted RN license in Saskatchewan.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Nursing Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of recent, full-time experience in a relevant clinical setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certifications as noted by specialty.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments, prioritizing patient needs effectively.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs) and accurate documentation.
Specialty Roles & Requirements Operating Room (OR)
Role: Provide post-anesthesia care, monitor recovery, manage complications, and collaborate with surgical teams. Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience.
- Ability to manage surgical equipment, supplies, and safety protocols.
- Strong team collaboration and patient education skills.
Acute Care Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
Role: Deliver comprehensive nursing care for patients with diverse medical and post-surgical conditions, ensuring safe recovery and health promotion. Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of acute care or med-surg experience.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Skilled in patient assessments, wound care, and treatment administration.
Emergency Room (ER)
Role: Provide rapid, high-quality care in a dynamic emergency setting, assessing, treating, and stabilizing patients alongside a multidisciplinary team. Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS, CTAS.
- Proven ability to respond efficiently in high-stress, time-sensitive situations.
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Role: Deliver specialized care to critically ill patients, monitoring conditions, administering treatments, and responding to life-threatening events. Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience.
- Critical Care Certification and ACLS required.
- Expertise in managing complex care plans and emergencies.
Long-Term Care (LTC)
Role: Provide compassionate, comprehensive care to residents, addressing both medical and personal needs to promote comfort and quality of life. Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in LTC or similar settings.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CTAS.
- Skilled in wound care, IV therapy, respiratory care, and nutritional support.

Pay: $45.00-$75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
