Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee clinic operations, manage clinic staff, and assist in improving the patient care experience. You will work closely with doctors to ensure their needs are met and collaborate with the VP to meet market expectations. This role requires you to fill in for various roles as needed, including Nurse, Medical Assistant, and Front Desk positions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and support clinic staff, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Assist clinic staff to improve patient care and service delivery.
- Work closely with doctors to ensure their needs and requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the VP to align clinic operations with market expectations.
- Fill in for various roles such as Nurse, Medical Assistant, and Front Desk when necessary.
Essential Skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical operations.
- Medical and healthcare knowledge, including medical terminology.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a clinical environment.
- Clinical experience working with patients.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a 2-year or 4-year degree.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with 4+ years of experience in a clinical environment.
- Strong understanding of medical assisting and electronic medical records (EMR).
Work Environment
This position requires working onsite at a primary care clinic from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. The work environment is professional and focused on providing high-quality patient care. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
