Position Overview:Salve is at the forefront of transforming patient engagement in the IVF industry with our innovative SaaS solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Salesperson to drive the growth of our product in this critical healthcare sector. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities, nurture leads, close deals and upsell new features and products. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, and has a strong track record of exceeding sales targets ideally in a B2B consultative sales role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through conferences, webinars, and partnerships, diversifying lead channels to increase outreach.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver tailored online and in-person demos to showcase Salve’s value to stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with IVF clinic stakeholders, understanding their pain points and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Management: Navigate long sales cycles using consultative techniques, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Upselling: Promote premium features to existing clients, increasing annual recurring revenue (ARR).
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on IVF industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to position Salve effectively.
- Customer Success: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
- CRM & Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and interest in technical concepts like APIs and integrations.
- Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets in fast-paced environments.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to foster strong client and team relationships.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with MEDDICC methodology or willingness to train.
- Knowledge of the IVF market or interest in upskilling in this area.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, APIs, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Proficiency in Spanish would be a strong plus, as we are expanding into Spain and other European markets.
