Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Sonographer for our Radiology Department as we continue to grow.
The Radiology Department works closely as a team to provide care to our patients. Utilizing Philips Epiq Elite equipment, techs will get variety in their schedule with opportunities to work in both the Hospital and Outpatient Imaging Center. Techs and the Radiologists work closely together in a collaborative and collegial environment.
A typical day will include: Performing routine diagnostic abdomen, OB, pelvic and small part ultrasound examinations; also performing vascular, carotid, venous, and arterial Doppler exams. Behaving in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of CMH is expected, and will perform other duties as requested.
The position is: Full-time working 4 10-hour days.
Job Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an AMA-accredited Radiology program, or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year of experience preferred
- Skills: Patient care
- Licensure/Certification: Certified by the American Registry of Medical Sonographers
