Seeking for a strong, professional, and compassionate Medical Assistant with the knowledge of Gyn/Infertility. Must have 1 year experience in an environment related to the above specialties. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Below are the responsibilities for this position:
Responsibilities:
- Generating treatment cycle sheets
- Perform injection lessons
- Phlebotomy duties
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Assist with room set-ups
- Assist with procedures
- Prescription order/refill
- Answer telephones and/or email correspondence
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Perform other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- (HIGHLY RECCOMENDED) Previous experience in the Fertility/Reproductive field
- Familiarity with Infertility drugs and their functions
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Familiarity with Infertility terminology
- Strong organizational and managing skills
- Ability to provide clinical and administrative patient care
- Ability to use computers, Word, + Outlook
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and able to work in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
