Our Beverly Hills location is seeking a full-time Phlebotomist to join our growing team.

This position involves daily independent function and frequent collaboration with members of the multidisciplinary team, providing phlebotomy services to patients.
Job Summary:
The Phlebotomist will possess strong interpersonal, technology and communication skills with an ability to build relationships with patients, team members, and our practice leadership. The ideal incumbent will be energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and function well in a team-based care environment.
Essential Job Duties:
- Perform phlebotomy and process specimens for our fertility patients.
- Arrange daily activities based on urgency of requests for samples.
- Draw blood using sterilized needles, vials and other equipment.
- Ensure optimal quality and quantity of samples.
- Label samples correctly and send or deliver them for testing.
- Answer patient questions and provide useful information.
- Keep accurate records on fluid specimens and tests.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician.
- Previous experience in Women's Health of IVF preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer skills and proficient with documentation software.
This role pays between $18 - $22 an hour based on experience.
