We developed and are commercializing the first and only FDA and EC approved medicine for adults with desmoid tumors and a differentiated FDA and EC approved medicine for both adults and children with neurofibromatosis type 1 associated plexiform neurofibromas (NF1-PN). The Global Brand Director will be a key contributor in the design and development of global brand strategy, messaging, and campaigns to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence worldwide. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the launch, lifecycle management, and overall performance of the brand across markets.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Partner closely with the Global Brand Lead to develop and evolve the global brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, digital engagement frameworks, and campaign platforms.
- Translate global brand strategy into actionable toolkits (e.g., messaging guides, launch playbooks, best practice libraries) to enable regional and local execution, particularly in ex-U.S. markets.
- Ensure effective two-way knowledge transfer between global and local teams - disseminating global strategy while integrating local insights and on-the-ground perspectives.
- Lead or oversee global congress strategy and execution, and provide strategic guidance to regional/local congress planning.
- Develop a deep scientific understanding of the disease area, mechanism of action, clinical data, and competitive landscape to shape compelling and credible brand narratives.
- Provide strategic input and leadership within the Global Brand Team and broader cross-functional governance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (Medical Affairs, Market Access, HEOR, Commercial Operations, Regulatory, and others) to ensure aligned and compliant execution.
- Identify strategic opportunities proactively, design initiatives to address them, and ensure excellence in implementation.
- Manage agencies, vendors, and project budgets to deliver high-quality, timely outputs.
- Drive compliant execution of all marketing strategies, materials, and tactics.
- Represent the brand at major conferences, internal meetings, and global alignment forums.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Who you are:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or PhD in life sciences, business, or related field) strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology commercial experience, including 6+ years of global or local Oncology marketing experience (rare disease preferred)
- S. launch and in-line marketing experience; sales experience is preferred
- Oncology and rare disease experience preferred
- Microsoft Office

- Strong track record of influencing key stakeholders and leadership with and without authority
- Clear communicator able to engage, influence and navigate cross-functional stakeholders
- Team player and strong track record of collaboration
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to organize, prioritize, activate and execute
