Your role
• Assess promotional content, review & approve promotional materials, to ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards.
• Provide expert regulatory guidance to Business Franchise / Commercial during the development of advertising and promotional strategies, ensuring that all claims are substantiated and compliant with applicable regulations.
• Takes on additional transversal projects that support the business. Identifies opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with global teams including Commercial, Legal, Medical, Communications and Compliance teams to provide regulatory support and facilitate alignment on key promotional initiatives.
• Stay updated on changes in global advertising and promotion regulations, ensuring that internal teams are informed and compliant with evolving standards.
• Conduct training sessions for Business Franchises / Commercial on regulatory requirements and best practices for advertising and promotional activities.
• Support audits and inspections by providing documentation and responding to inquiries as needed.
Who you are
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or Compliance.
• Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry includes one or more positions within Regulatory Affairs, Medical Communication or Legal & Compliance.
• Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Fluency in English as business language.
• High social competency in national and international working environment.
• In-depth knowledge of global advertising and promotion regulations, including but not limited to EMA, FDA and other regulatory bodies.
• Strong understanding of product claims, substantiation requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects with strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise regulatory advice.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and emerging advertising platforms is a plus.
