Healthcare — Multispecialty tertiary-care hospital and clinical services provider operating across India. We deliver high-quality perioperative, critical care, and pain-management services across surgical specialties and emergency care settings.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide safe, evidence-based anaesthesia care for elective and emergency surgeries across specialties (general surgery, orthopaedics, obstetrics, neurosurgery, ENT, urology).
- Conduct pre-operative assessment, risk stratification and optimisation; formulate anaesthetic plans and obtain informed consent.
- Administer and titrate general and regional anaesthesia including ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks and TIVA; manage intraoperative physiology and haemodynamics.
- Manage perioperative critical care: ventilator management, invasive monitoring, resuscitation and stabilization in OT and ICU; lead code responses when required.
- Lead and mentor anaesthesia team members and junior doctors; ensure OT readiness through equipment checks, airway management protocols and infection control practices.
- Drive clinical governance: participate in audits, morbidity & mortality reviews, protocol development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Current registration with the Medical Council / State Medical Council.
- Proven consultant-level experience in a tertiary-care or multi-specialty hospital with regular on-call duties.
- Strong familiarity with OT workflows, critical care management and emergency response protocols.
