Description of Role
Bookkeeper will support the organization by preparing and processing deposits, entering vendor invoices, serving as a liaison between physicians and vendors accounts receivable, completing assorted Human resource tasks and payroll administration. They will also work AR by calling patients for outstanding balances and insurances as requested by billing team.
Responsibilities:
- Collects and reviews all patient and insurance deposits
- Financial data entry into Quickbooks Desktop
- Enters vendor invoices and communicates with vendors as needed to obtain additional information or clarification
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
- AR collections for Patient and insurance balances outstanding

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in healthcare
