Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Dispensary Associate at PCRM's Burnaby, BC location. The Dispensary Associate will be responsible for supporting daily clinical operations, assisting healthcare professionals, managing patient records, and ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment for patients. Duties include coordinating appointments, processing medical documentation, maintaining patient confidentiality, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Proficiency with medical documentation and record-keeping
- Experience with appointment coordination and patient management
- Basic understanding of reproductive medicine and treatments is a plus
