Excellent opportunities exist for experienced Registered Nurse/Midwives to deliver high-quality care across antenatal, birth suite, postnatal, special care nursery and women's health at a private hospital in Brisbane. ABOUT THE ROLE This role offers the chance to work across the maternity unit, which includes 30 private rooms, three deluxe rooms and a 15-cot Level 4 Special Care Nursery
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high standards of evidence-based midwifery care to women of varying ages and cultural backgrounds groups;
- Planning, assessing, implementing and evaluating midwifery care in collaboration with women, their families and the multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and health outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS - Current registration as a Registered Nurse and Midwife with AHPRA;
- At least 12 months' post-graduate experience in a maternity unit;
- Proven delivery suite experience (highly regarded);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster (including evenings and weekends) is essential;
- A positive, collaborative, and proactive approach.

REMUNERATION On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $41.89 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
