Tiffany Kim, MD, is a well-established OB/GYN practice with an expanding aesthetics wing offering advanced laser and wellness treatments. We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for exams and assist with OB/GYN procedures
- Take vitals, update medical records, and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR
- Perform injections and in-office lab testing as needed
- Assist with minor office procedures and sterilization of instruments
- Support providers in both medical and aesthetic patient care
- Provide post-visit instructions and ensure patient comfort
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
- Coordinate with front office staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications:
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (preferred)
- Prior OB/GYN experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and patient service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with EMR systems (EPIC)
