Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on demonstrations in OBG Nursing.
- Supervise clinical postings in labor wards, antenatal/postnatal units, and OBG OPDs.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and clinical modules aligned with INC standards.
- Mentor students in maternal health, gynecological care, and neonatal nursing.
- Conduct case study discussions, research projects, and viva sessions.
- Guide students in simulation labs and real-time labor room scenarios.
- Ensure adherence to patient safety, clinical hygiene, and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in academic audits, faculty meetings, and student counseling sessions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MSc Nursing in Obstetrics & Gynecology from a recognized institution
- Female candidate, as per institutional preference for maternity care mentorship
- 35 years of teaching and/or clinical experience in a hospital or nursing college
- Strong communication and leadership skills in academic environments
