The Nurse Educator plays a critical role in delivering high-quality education and training across Prime IV’s national franchise network. This hybrid position requires a regular presence at our headquarters—minimum three days per week—with additional in-office days during the onboarding period until fully proficient in the role. The Nurse Educator is also expected to attend our monthly Academy program (held twice per month during the summer) and travel up to 50% of the time to Franchise Partner locations.
In this role, you will design and facilitate clinical and operational training programs that ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence in IV hydration therapy and spa services. As an educator and coach, you will lead new franchise teams through hands-on instruction, classroom-style sessions, and virtual learning, equipping them with the clinical knowledge and confidence to deliver exceptional client care. You will work closely with Franchise Partners and their staff to build competency, promote operational excellence, and maintain the highest standards of patient care.
While this is primarily a training and education role, the Nurse Educator also supports clinical operations and administrative needs during spa openings, site visits, and other assigned initiatives. A compact nursing license is strongly preferred to allow for flexibility and seamless licensure compliance when traveling across multiple states.
