We are looking for a Surrogate Intake Specialist-Medical Records to join our IVY family. Our ideal candidate has working experience as Medical Records Clerk or admin in OBgyn office or in the related professional field.

The Intake Specialist/Medical Records will be responsible for Medical records request/review and assist surrogate intake at IVY Surrogacy.

· Request, maintain and review Medical records

· Work closely with intake team for surrogate recruiting

· Other administrative duties as assigned.

Required skills:

Strong communication skills, customer service, and organization
Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Willingness to learn about surrogacy and infertility
Ability to network and cultivate relationships
Available to work flexible hours & overtime when needed.

· Teamwork and helping other departments as needed.

Passion for helping people

Preferred:

Associate or Bachelors Degree
