OBGYN Specialists of the Palm Beaches is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our growing clinical team! If you’re passionate about providing exceptional patient care and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples with care and precision
- Properly label, handle, and process specimens according to lab protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment
- Provide a positive and reassuring experience for every patient
- Collaborate with providers, medical assistants, and lab personnel
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified or licensed Phlebotomist (as required by Florida regulations)
- At least 1 year of experience preferred in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
