Highly successful ART facility is seeking an experienced embryologist for their dynamic ART practice. This is a long term, career position that is available immediately for a qualified U.S. citizen. Inquiries will be kept confidential.
The generous compensation package for the ideal candidate is negotiable but will include the following:
Salary based on experience and training required for individuals not FULLY trained.
· Certification and CEU recording fees for AAB
· Membership in AAB and ASRM
· Continuing Education Support for one large meeting (e.g. ASRM) every other year and one midsized meeting (e.g. AAB) on the opposite year. In addition, after 5 years of employment, one international meeting every 5th year.
· Health insurance premiums paid for employee and up to 3 family members. In addition, an amount equal to deductible will be added to an HSA account.

The continued expansion of this facility’s services has necessitated the expansion of the laboratory staff. The laboratory is recruiting an experienced embryologist to join its embryology team. This ART facility is actively involved in all aspects of ART, including PGD/PGS, oocyte preservation and oocyte in vitro maturation, embryo and sperm cryopreservation, andrology and clinical chemistries. This is a CAP accredited IVF laboratory as well as a CLIA high complexity andrology and endocrine laboratory.
Weekend and holiday balanced call rotation with other laboratory staff is required.
Candidates should ideally possess at least a BS in biological science. Certification by AAB is preferred, but not required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in all aspects of semen analysis, sperm preparation for insemination, sperm cryopreservation
- Experience in Oocyte identification, oocyte maturation, embryo culture, oocyte and embryo evaluation, and embryo transfer
- Oocyte and embryo cryopreservation skills
- Experience in recovery and preparation of sperm from testicular and epididymal samples for insemination
- Experience in all aspects of micromanipulation including ICSI, hatching and Day 5 embryo biopsy for PGD/PGS
- Experience with chemistry analyzers
- Possess an enthusiastic, energetic, dedicated and compassionate professional attitude, and have excellent communication skills
- Be a team player while being able to work independently
- Possess strong QA/QC experience and a determination for excellence
