Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary support contact for assigned clinics, responding quickly to urgent requests and ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with clinic staff to build trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure clinics are satisfied with Progenesis services and address any concerns proactively.
- Provide clear communication and educate clinics on PGT offerings, updates, and applications to support their day-to-day needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (clinical, lab, billing, support) to ensure seamless and timely resolution of client requests.
- Act as the first point of escalation for urgent matters, ensuring clinics receive priority handling when needed.
- Monitor account activity, identify risks to clinic satisfaction, and recommend solutions to keep clients engaged and supported.
- Track all client interactions in the Revela account management portal to maintain accurate records and follow-up actions.
- Assist with training clinic staff on portal features, billing requirements, and best practices to minimize errors and delays.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing teams to provide clinics with the right resources, updates, and support.
- Help create a positive client experience at every touchpoint to ensure Progenesis is seen as a trusted and responsive partner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or business development, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or biotech.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
- Familiarity with fertility services, IVF, or genetic testing is highly desirable.
- Experience using account management platforms such as Revela or similar tools.
Physical Requirements
- Repetitive movement of hands, arms and leg, fingers (typing and/or writing).
- Clear speech, functional vision and hearing.
- Ability to communicate clearly in the English language in both written and verbal formats.
