We are looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Laboratory Technologist with experience in Andrology. Familiarity with the CASA system is a plus. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to both laboratory excellence and broader clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic andrology laboratory procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Support fertility testing and procedures in accordance with clinical standards.
- Utilize CASA system for semen analysis (experience preferred, training available).
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist with general clinical and facility needs during the day, as required.
- Participate in early morning laboratory work and assist physicians and staff throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or related field.
- Valid NYS Clinical Laboratory Technologist license.
- Prior experience in an andrology or fertility-focused lab preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support various clinical functions.
