IVFMD - Miami is seeking an experienced Laboratory Information Specialist with IVF experience to join our team.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Enter specific clinical data into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Keep the laboratory stocked, cleaned and organized
- Aid in shipping and receiving of specimens
- Move and change supply tanks (compressed gas and liquid nitrogen)
- Receive visitors, answer phone calls, and triage appropriately
Education/Experience/ Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous or current work experience in an IVF lab is required
- Two years of related administrative job experience strongly preferred
- Highly organized with an ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Must be a great communicator and team player
- Must be able to work independently
