Conceptions Fertility Laboratories, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time, part-time or per diem Andrology/Endocrine laboratory technologist. Conceptions is a busy private IVF practice located in lovely Miramar and Coral Gables, Florida. All inquiries will be kept confidential.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Prepare and analyze samples, including blood, urine, tissue, and other body fluids.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of test results.
- Record and report test data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide relevant information for patient care.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) preferred.
-A Florida State Technologist Certificate is not required.
- Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology and laboratory procedures.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Only US citizens or green card holders will be considered.
-Scheduling flexibility (weekend/holiday) is required
-Fluency in English & Spanish preferred.
-Selected candidate will have to work at our Coral Gables office as needed.
