Leadership Opportunity for Board-Certified REI Physician – New IVF Center in Los Angeles
West Coast Fertility Center is well-established, physician-led fertility practice with a respected history of providing advanced reproductive care and are seeking a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Physician to lead the development of a new, cutting-edge IVF center in the Los Angeles area. The selected candidate will also work in collaboration with an existing high-performing fertility site in California.
Position Overview
The selected physician will practice independently, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive growth to achieve 1,000+ IVF cycles annually at the new LA location. We prioritize integrity, ethics, and accessible, high-quality fertility care.

- Comprehensive ART services on-site, including oocyte vitrification, PGT biopsies, and in-house egg donation
- Opportunities for clinical research and teaching OB/GYN residents
- Potential academic appointment as Associate Clinical Professor with the University of California Irvine, based on experience and background
- Direct mentorship and collaboration with a highly experienced Medical Director
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary with productivity-based bonuses

- Annual compensation range: $450,000 – $1,500,000 (based on productivity and experience)
Requirements
- Board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
- Open to US candidates only
- Willingness to obtain California medical license (assistance provided)
- Full-time, on-site in Los Angeles (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
