Embryologist – Menlo Park, CA (Training in San Ramon)

Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 DOE + Sign-on Bonus + Relocation Assistance

What You’ll Do:

• Perform all aspects of IVF lab work: ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation, biopsies, assisted hatching, and more

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure outstanding patient care

• Maintain lab records, equipment, and QA processes with meticulous attention to detail

• Participate in research, meetings, and training initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences (Master’s preferred)

• 2–3+ years of clinical embryology experience

• Expertise in ICSI, embryo culture, and cryo techniques

• Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work occasional weekends/holidays
