Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant located in Irving, TX. The Medical Assistant will support physicians, nurses, and the fertility team in delivering high-quality reproductive care. Responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, taking vital signs, assisting during ultrasounds and procedures, phlebotomy and specimen handling, coordinating lab work, managing patient communication, and ensuring exam rooms and clinical areas remain well-prepared and organized. The MA will play a critical role in providing compassionate, efficient, and seamless care to patients throughout their fertility journey.

Pay Rate: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Prior experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, or fertility clinic strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
- EMR proficiency and accurate documentation skills
- Compassionate approach with patients undergoing sensitive and emotional treatments
