Job Summary

Duties
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care.
- Conduct well-woman exams, prenatal visits, and follow-up appointments.
- Manage gynecologic concerns, contraceptive counseling, and routine screenings.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient clinic environment.
- Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage medical records accurately using Practice EHR and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate referrals as needed.
Qualifications
- Current PA licensure in the state of Texas (or eligibility).
- Minimum 1 year of clinical OB/GYN experience preferred (not required).
- Spanish language proficiency preferred (not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for women’s health and patient education.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.
- Strong clinical skills in diagnostic evaluation and physical examinations.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical advancements.
