We, Protouch Staffing Private Limited, India, are seeking an experienced Midwife for our client, a government healthcare facility in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The Midwife will be responsible for providing high-quality maternity care, supporting women through pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum, ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and baby.RESPONSIBILTIES:•Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor, delivery, and postnatal care to expectant mothers, ensuring a safe and positive birthing experience.•Monitor maternal and fetal health, conducting routine assessments, ultrasounds, and screenings as needed.•Assist and support mothers during labor, offering pain management techniques, emotional reassurance, and medical interventions when necessary.•Conduct normal vaginal deliveries and assist in managing obstetric emergencies in collaboration with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals.•Educate and counsel women and families on prenatal care, breastfeeding, newborn care, and reproductive health.•Monitor newborns immediately after birth, ensuring their health and initiating necessary medical interventions when required.•Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient, documenting care plans and treatment progress.•Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.•Provide postpartum support, including monitoring maternal recovery, addressing complications, and assisting with infant care.•Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.•Competitive Salary, Housing Assistance, Visa and relocation support, other governmental benefits are applicable for this role.
•Bachelor's Degree in Midwifery or Nursing with Midwifery specialization from an accredited institution.•Valid Midwifery License (SCFHS Preferred) or equivalent Home Country License.•Minimum 2 years of experience as a Midwife, preferably in a hospital or maternity clinic setting.•Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications preferred.•Strong clinical knowledge of maternal and newborn care, labor management, and postnatal recovery.•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.•Ability to handle emergency situations, make quick clinical decisions, and collaborate with healthcare teams effectively.•Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
