Registered Nurse (RN) – IVF Clinic
Full-Time; Chattanooga, TN
Are you a nurse with a passion for helping families grow? Our privately-owned IVF clinic is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing to join our compassionate, patient-centered team.
Here, you’ll do more than provide care — you’ll walk alongside patients through one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives.
What You’ll Do:
· Support patients throughout their fertility treatment with warmth, patience, and encouragement.
· Provide education on medications, procedures, and treatment plans in a way that feels approachable and empowering.
· Assist physicians during procedures such as egg retrievals and embryo transfers.
· Perform duties of pre-op and post-op or in office procedures.
· Perform essential nursing duties including medication administration, phlebotomy, and monitoring.
· Offer a reassuring presence during both the challenging and joyful moments of care.
What We’re Looking For:
· Current RN license in Tennessee.
· Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN welcomed.
· BLS and ACLS required.
· Experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, or fertility is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right nurse with a heart for this work. Recent graduates welcomed.
· Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for patient interaction.
· A compassionate spirit and a team-player mindset.
