Position Details:
- Job Title: Embryologist
- Location: Central Pennsylvania (Relocation/travel stipends available)
- Schedule: Full-Time Contract
- Pay Rate: $40–$45 per hour (based on experience)

Embryologist Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of clinical embryology including:
- Oocyte retrieval
- Fertilization (IVF/ICSI)
- Embryo culture and assessment
- Cryopreservation (vitrification)
- Embryo transfer preparation
- Maintain precise and compliant documentation and record-keeping
- Follow all lab protocols, safety regulations, and quality control standards
- Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, embryology, andrology, and administrative teams to optimize patient care and outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of lab procedures and patient success rates
Embryologist Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Reproductive Science, or a related life science field
- Previous experience working in an IVF or embryology lab strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of embryology techniques, lab safety, and compliance standards
