A prestigious university-affiliated health system in Central Pennsylvania is seeking a skilled and motivated Embryologist to join their high-performing IVF team. This is a contract opportunity open to both local and travel candidates, with competitive pay and generous travel and housing stipends for qualified travelers.

Position Details:

Job Title: Embryologist
Location: Central Pennsylvania (Relocation/travel stipends available)
Schedule: Full-Time Contract
Pay Rate: $40–$45 per hour (based on experience)
Benefits: Travel and housing stipends available for non-local candidates

Embryologist Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of clinical embryology including:
Oocyte retrieval
Fertilization (IVF/ICSI)
Embryo culture and assessment
Cryopreservation (vitrification)
Embryo transfer preparation
Maintain precise and compliant documentation and record-keeping
Follow all lab protocols, safety regulations, and quality control standards
Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, embryology, andrology, and administrative teams to optimize patient care and outcomes
Contribute to continuous improvement of lab procedures and patient success rates

Embryologist Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Reproductive Science, or a related life science field
Previous experience working in an IVF or embryology lab strongly preferred
Deep understanding of embryology techniques, lab safety, and compliance standards
