Nevada Center for Reproductive Medicine is seeking a
full-time, in-office 3rd Party RN Coordinator to join our team. This role is scheduled
four days during the week, 9.5-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 4:30 PM), plus weekend rotation as needed.
Position Summary
Works collaboratively within the Nursing/Clinical Department and with the total Practice to provide timely, proficient services for all patients. The 3rd Party RN Coordinator is a specialized registered nurse responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of 3rd party reproductive care within a fertility clinic. This includes overseeing the clinical and administrative processes related to egg donation, sperm donors, and gestational carriers. The RN Coordinator serves as a liaison between patients, donors, gestational carriers, and 3rd party agencies/donor banks to ensure seamless, compassionate, and compliant care throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Technical
- Manage and monitor IVF cycles involving 3rd party reproduction.
- Coordinate FDA-required testing and documentation for donors and gestational carriers.
- Ensure adherence to treatment protocols and timelines.
- Educate patients, donors, and gestational carriers on procedures, medications, and expectations.
- Track patient progress and provide updates to the clinical team.
- Meet with potential patients to review the 3rd party process, options, and expectations.
- Coordinate medical screenings, clearances, and treatment plans.
- Perform nursing duties including phlebotomy, medication administration, injections, vitals, and assisting physicians during procedures.
- Document patient care in EMR systems (nAble and Clinical Information System).
- Provide nursing support in surgical suite settings (pre-, intra-, and post-operative).
- Maintain patient records, consents, and authorizations in compliance with HIPAA.
- Ensure safe work environment and infection-control standards.
- Liaise with laboratories, pharmacies, and 3rd party agencies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Support both NCRM and Ivy vision and mission.
Patient Interaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and 3rd party participants.
- Provide compassionate, clear, and professional communication.
- Counsel patients on IVF procedures, medications, and expectations.
- Schedule treatment visits and coordinate retrievals, transfers, and IUIs.
- Support male reproductive patients, including PESA/TESE cases.
- Serve as Recovery RN and rotate into weekend IUI coverage once trained.
- Offer reassurance and comfort to patients throughout their journey.

- Maintain accurate charting, testing flow sheets, and patient records.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, physicians, and leadership.

Professional Development & Compliance
- Maintain current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
- Stay updated on fertility and reproductive medicine standards, FDA regulations, and clinic policies.
- Participate in chart reviews, clinical meetings, and continuing education.
- Ensure all 3rd party processes meet ethical and legal standards.
Confidentiality & Financial Responsibility
- Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Direct patients starting services to the finance department for financial counseling.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) – minimum 2-year degree required; BSN preferred.
- Current Nevada state RN license without limitations required.
- Maintain updated ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Women’s Health, OB/GYN, or Med Surg.
- Infertility experience preferred; 3rd party reproduction experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and fertility-specific software preferred.
- Proficiency with office procedures and equipment (computer, fax, copier, etc.).
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve data from a computer.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing a caseload of patients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
