Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Gynaecologist with 5-6 years of practice to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in diagnosing and treating a range of gynaecological conditions, including but not limited to menstrual disorders, fertility issues, menopause care, and conducting surgeries. As a key member of our medical team, you will provide excellent patient care, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the growth of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynaecological conditions, including but not limited to abnormal bleeding, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), fibroids, and pelvic pain.
- Provide comprehensive prenatal, postnatal, and obstetric care to women at all stages of pregnancy.
- Perform various gynaecological surgeries such as laparoscopies, hysterectomies, and other minimally invasive procedures.
- Educate patients on sexual health, contraception, family planning, and preventive healthcare.
- Offer guidance and treatment for menopausal women, including hormone therapy and non-hormonal options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of gynaecology and obstetrics through continuous learning.
- Provide compassionate care, ensuring patients feel comfortable, respected, and informed throughout their treatment journey.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- MBBS, MD/MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology or equivalent medical degree.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a practising Gynaecologist.
- Proven expertise in handling gynaecological surgeries, fertility treatments, and high-risk obstetrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach to care.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
