Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and purpose-driven Head of Corporate Brand & Social Media to build, shape, and lead the brand voice of Ferty 9 across India. In this leadership role, you will define the brand’s strategic direction and manage digital and social media ecosystems to drive trust, awareness, and engagement — critical in the healthcare and fertility space.
As Telangana and Andhra Pradesh’s largest fertility brand, you will influence public perception of our role in the industry, where credibility and patient sensitivity are paramount. With strong investments in technology and processes, and collaborations with global scientific leaders from Europe, we are committed to redefining healthcare excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Brand Leadership
- Lead brand re-positioning strategies tailored for three distinct TGs: Urban, Tier 2, and Tier 3 audiences.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines across hospitals, diagnostics, health tech, pharma, and wellness verticals.
- Collaborate with leadership, medical experts, and cross-functional teams to ensure a unified and ethical brand narrative.
- Drive culturally relevant, patient-centric messaging that aligns with MCI/NMC/ASCI healthcare regulations.
Social Media Strategy & Content Leadership
- Design and manage a multi-platform social media strategy (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X) for patients, doctors, and technical staff.
- Oversee content creation — health awareness campaigns, fertility education, patient stories, and simplified, engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Monitor social listening, track sentiment, and manage crisis communications.
Stakeholder & Reputation Management
- Partner with PR, internal communications, medical affairs, and HR to strengthen thought leadership and employer branding.
- Safeguard brand reputation through proactive narrative building and timely digital responses during health emergencies or PR crises.
- Act as a brand custodian, ensuring all digital assets comply with healthcare advertising norms.
Analytics & Performance Management
- Define KPIs for brand awareness, digital reach, engagement, and lead attribution.
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, and healthcare media trackers for performance measurement.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of digital marketers, designers, content creators, and agency partners.
- Coach and mentor junior professionals to enhance in-house branding and digital capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in branding and digital marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, hospital networks, or health tech is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of India’s healthcare ecosystem, regulatory environment, and patient behavior.
- Proven success in managing high-impact campaigns, brand transitions, and strategic partnerships.
