Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Reproductive Endocrinologist to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, strong patient communication skills, and the drive to help shape the vision and success of our new practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of infertility and reproductive endocrinology conditions.
- Perform advanced reproductive procedures including IVF, IUI, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and fertility preservation techniques.
- Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and support staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
- Counsel patients on reproductive health, treatment options, and personalized care plans.
- Contribute to the clinic’s growth by fostering strong patient relationships and maintaining excellence in outcomes.
- Stay updated with advancements in reproductive medicine, applying innovative and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification (or eligibility) in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
- Valid Nevada medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in reproductive endocrinology preferred.
- Proven track record of successful patient outcomes in IVF and fertility treatments.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a patient-first approach.
