Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OBGYN provider to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for women’s health, a patient-first mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. This role will include a balance of obstetric and gynecological services, including preventive care, prenatal care, labor and delivery, and gynecological surgeries. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being throughout all stages of life.
Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations, and order appropriate diagnostic tests.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and address patients' unique needs.
Perform a variety of gynecological procedures and surgeries, including but not limited to hysterectomies, laparoscopic surgeries, and colposcopies.
Monitor and manage pregnancies, including prenatal care, ultrasounds, and labor and delivery support.
Educate patients about reproductive health, contraceptive options, and family planning.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with medical standards and legal requirements.
Stay current with medical advancements, best practices, and industry trends through continuous education and professional development.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Board certification or eligibility for certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Nevada.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide evidence-based care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to delivering patient-focused care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
