Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasonographer to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients, ensuring high-quality imaging while providing compassionate care. As an Ultrasonographer, you will play a crucial role in assisting physicians with the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.

Responsibilities

Perform ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, and vascular studies.
Prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Evaluate images for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet diagnostic standards.
Collaborate with physicians to discuss findings and assist in the interpretation of results.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures during all procedures.
Provide patient education regarding ultrasound procedures and address any concerns or questions.

Skills

Proficiency in medical terminology related to ultrasound imaging and anatomy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize abnormalities in images.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
