We are currently seeking a Surgery Center Staff Nurse to support our CCRM Fertility business. As a Referring Physician Liaison, you will provide personalized, high-quality care to surgery patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their procedures. Your ability to work independently, while collaborating with physicians and the team when needed, will directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to the smooth operation of the surgery center. As part of the team, this position will be helping to shape the future of fertility care while playing an instrumental role in the growth and success of the Greenville Care Center.
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Physician Liaison to join our team and support new patient growth in the Greenville market. This role is focused on developing and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, generating physician referrals, and driving new patient volume. The Physician Liaison will be directly accountable for monthly performance metrics, specifically the number of new patient visits resulting from their outreach and efforts.
This position requires the candidate to be self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on meeting activity goals and generating new leads. Responsibilities include but are not limited to office visits with targeted medical professionals, face-to-face provider meetings, employer events, and both small and large group presentations. This role achieves new patient targets by spending 80%+ of their workday infield prospecting and securing new referral relationships. This team member will work closely with the clinic team and will be measured on the success of their efforts based on the number of new patient visits generated, and the effectiveness of their relationship-building strategies within the market.
Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Physician Referrals: Actively seek out and develop new physician leads. Establish and nurture relationships with OB/GYNs, general practitioners, and other local healthcare providers to drive referrals through a combination of pre-arranged meetings and drop-ins.

Physician Outreach: Execute physician referral activities including setting up and running meetings, lunches, office tours, and presentations. Track and follow up with physicians to ensure consistent referrals. Cultivate ongoing relationships through established provider touchpoints to facilitate smooth communication between the clinic and referring providers.

Performance Accountability: Monthly tracking of new patient visits generated through physician referrals. Achieve or exceed targets for new patient acquisition and referrals.

Event Management: Organize and execute events in collaboration with local providers to educate and engage their staff, including lunch-and-learns, educational presentations, and community seminars to increase awareness and drive patient leads.

Employer Events: Generate and execute employee facing events (health fairs, presentations, etc.) to generate new patients by networking with local employers that offer fertility coverage.

Reporting & Results: Provide weekly and monthly activity reports outlining outreach efforts, meetings, referrals, and event participation. Keep detailed records of all activities and results in CRM software (Ex: Salesforce)

Collaboration and Education: Work closely with the corporate marketing and clinical team, including physicians, practice administrator, VP of Marketing, and Sr. Director of Physician Liaisons to align strategies and improve referral processes. Maintain a strong knowledge of market competition and critical differentiators of CCRM’s treatment offerings.

Qualifications

Proven Track Record in Sales or Business Development: Demonstrated success in a results-driven environment, preferably in healthcare, with experience in marketing, sales, or business development

Strong Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing and personable, with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly with physicians, staff, and patients. Results-Oriented: A passion for achieving and exceeding performance goals, specifically in new patient acquisition and referrals.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and take ownership of goals and outcomes.

Ability to Travel: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the market 80%+ of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
