We are currently seeking a Practice Administrator to support our CCRM Fertility business. CCRM Fertility is a global pioneer in fertility treatment, research, science, specializing in IVF, fertility testing, egg freezing, preimplantation genetic testing, third party reproduction and egg donation. How You Will Make an Impact: We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. As the Practice Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care and service.
What You Will Do:
As the Practice Administrator at CCRM, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and efficient practice management. You will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating schedules, and optimizing office workflows. You will collaborate with medical and administrative teams to enhance the patient experience and implement clinic policies. Additionally, you will manage financials, including budgeting and billing processes, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Your role will also involve strategic planning, staffing, and fostering a positive work environment for all employees.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, including managing staff, scheduling appointments, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.
Manage the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and collections.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care and service.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare providers, staff, and patients.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience working in a multi-specialty healthcare practice.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Experience with budgeting and financial management.
Experience with staff recruitment, training, and development
