βββ’ Therapeutic Hypothermia
βοΈ Collaborate within a multidisciplinary perinatal team
βοΈ Mentor and teach medical students, Family Medicine residents, and upcoming OB/GYN residentsΒ
βοΈ Engage in quality improvement and evidence-based neonatal practice
