A rare opportunity for RNs looking to blend community connection with schedule flexibility. This Northern BC position supports First Nations health and allows for two 3-month rotations per year — or you can propose a schedule that works for you. A total of 6 months of annual coverage is required, with the flexibility to choose the rotation style that fits your life. Work towards your Remote Practice Certification with support.
Important Skills and Requirements:
- Active RN registration in BC (BCCNM)
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in clinical or cross-cultural health settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence working independently in a remote setting in a two-nurse station.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday clinic hours
- On-call coverage required after hours and on weekends
- Preferred model: two 3-month rotations per year
- Alternate rotation models may be considered
