Position Overview:
Xytex is seeking a driven, independent Marketing Specialist to play a critical role in the development and execution of strategic marketing efforts that support both brand growth and revenue performance. This is a newly created position, ideal for a self-starter who can build the framework for their role while aligning with broader company goals.
This individual will work in close collaboration with Xytex’s third-party marketing firm, internal teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns, consistent brand messaging, and data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will be fluent in SEO, GA4, and email automation; possess strong design and content creation skills; and be comfortable working across departments and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy, Execution & Collaboration
- Partner with Xytex’s third-party marketing agency to align strategy, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support and extend the agency’s efforts by creating complementary organic content and brand materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all campaigns, channels, and collateral.
- Assist with the development and rollout of marketing initiatives that support both clinic and consumer audiences.
Content Creation & Brand Building
- Create engaging and optimized content for blogs, email, social media, and other platforms.
- Develop marketing creatives and assets, including digital ads, printed materials, and trade show graphics as needed.
- Support influencer outreach, content collaboration, and partner promotion efforts.
Analytics & Performance Insights
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics platforms.
- Analyze sales trends, website conversions, client registrations, and email performance.
- Provide timely reports and insights to guide strategy and optimize future campaigns.
Automation & Outreach Support
- Build and manage email campaigns, automations, and segmentations to drive client engagement.
- Track and support clinic and consumer touchpoints, including sending clinic packets and managing outreach lists.
- Coordinate marketing support efforts for special projects, launches, and donor campaigns.
Sales, Trade Shows & Growth Enablement
- Plan and coordinate trade shows and fertility-related events, including travel and logistics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging, identify target audiences, and share lead insights.
- Support internal tracking of application and sales data to uncover trends and marketing opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with measurable results.
- Strong skills in SEO, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and email automation platforms.
- Experience with campaign performance analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively within a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors or agencies.
- Experience in healthcare or fertility marketing is a plus.
