Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Market Insights Associate to support our business units with strategic insights that inform planning and decision-making. This role will focus on uncovering trends, assessing market opportunities, and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll work closely with a senior team member and cross-functional partners to analyze performance, evaluate growth potential, and lead development of business cases for new initiatives. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field; MBA preferred
- 4+ years of relevant experience in strategic planning, business development, financial analysis, or market research—ideally in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong business acumen with outstanding critical thinking skills
- Analytical mindset with experience working across large, complex datasets using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, including the ability to leverage AI-based tools for enhanced insights.
- Solid understanding of market sizing, competitive analysis, and forecasting techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to create executive-ready Powerpoint presentations and communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Proven collaboration skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach to problem-solving.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 annually. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
- Analyze and interpret business performance data to uncover trends, patterns, and drivers of growth across multiple markets and product segments.
- Develop strategic insights from various internal and external data sources to generate clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
- Drive strategic planning processes by creating data-driven forecasts, market models, and opportunity assessments across a 12–24-month horizon.
- Lead business case development for new product launches, market expansion opportunities, and strategic initiatives through both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Conduct secondary research to monitor industry trends, emerging competitors, customer needs, and shifts in the market landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, sales, finance, and operations—to influence go-to-market strategies, pricing, and resource planning.
- Lead the development of presentation materials, reports and dashboards that translate complex findings into clear visual and narrative summaries for executive audiences.
