Position description

The Clinic Coordinator will be instrumental to our continued growth. If you share our

Position responsibilities

Quickly build rapport with clients, nurses, and team members via timely and professional email and telephone communication
Coordinate with IVF clinics to schedule surrogate (and egg donor) medical appointments, and facilitate associated logistical and administrative tasks
Plan and organize embryo transfer events and follow up care
Liaise with OB-GYN offices and hospitals to ensure back-end administrative processes for surrogates and intended parent matches is seamless
Maintain detailed files within a CRM system
Represent ConceiveAbilities as a warm and best-in-class service through exceptional communication and follow through
Build relationships with our trusted clinic partners and professionals through proactive outreach and timely updates
Communicate with clients and surrogates to build relationship, gain trust, and elevate the client experience

Experience and skills

Excellent written communication skills the experience and attributes of the ideal candidate
Highly organized with keen attention to detail, often going above and beyond when needed
The ability to prioritize activities and identify actions necessary to achieve goals and objectives
A balanced approach to achieving efficiencies while helping others
A knack for logical decision making and problem solving
Proven ability to work individually while also bringing joy to a collaborative work environment
