As CEO, you will shape the strategic direction of the organization, drive operational excellence, and uphold a patient-first culture across all touchpoints of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Define and execute the organization’s long-term strategic vision aligned with our mission of making parenthood possible.
- Drive the expansion of our multi-branch network across Nepal, ensuring consistent quality and standards of care.
- Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities, partnerships, and innovations to enhance our national and international reputation.
Operational & Financial Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination across clinical, laboratory, nursing, and administrative teams.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, P&L accountability, and resource allocation to ensure organizational sustainability.
- Promote accessible fertility care through patient-friendly financial solutions such as EMI plans.
Clinical Governance & Compliance
- Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and Head Embryologist to ensure high standards in clinical outcomes and safety.
- Monitor and enhance IVF success rates by fostering an environment that supports clinical excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and ethical standards, safeguarding trust and integrity.
Culture & Patient Experience
- Serve as the guardian of our brand and core value of "parental affection" across all levels of the organization.
- Instill a culture of empathy, respect, and patient-centered care from reception to the embryology lab.
- Act as the final escalation point for complex patient concerns, ensuring every individual feels valued and supported.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field. A clinical background is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 7 years of senior leadership experience, preferably within multi-site healthcare organizations.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, P&L management, and driving sustainable growth.
- Prior experience in fertility, women’s health, or other patient-sensitive healthcare sectors is highly desirable.
