What You'll Do
Lead with Vision and Strategy:
- You will set the course for Vatsalya's future, developing and executing strategic plans that honor our mission of fulfilling the dream of parenthood.
- You will guide the expansion and operational excellence of our multi-branch network, ensuring that the Vatsalya standard of care is consistent and accessible across Nepal.
- You will be the face of Vatsalya in identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, growing our reputation as a premier destination for local and international patients.
Drive Operational and Financial Excellence:
- You will oversee the entire organization's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our clinical, laboratory, nursing, and administrative teams.
- With a strong command of financial stewardship, you will manage budgeting, P&L, and resource allocation to ensure the long-term sustainability and health of the organization.
- You will champion patient-centric financial solutions, like our EMI options, making our world-class services more accessible.
Champion Clinical Quality and Patient Trust:
- In close partnership with our Medical Director and Head Embryologist, you will oversee clinical governance, ensuring we not only meet but exceed national and international standards.
- You will foster an environment that empowers our clinical team to maintain and improve our high IVF success rates.
- You will ensure unwavering compliance with all regulatory bodies, safeguarding our patients' trust and our clinic's integrity.
Cultivate a Culture of Compassion:
- You will be the primary steward of our brand and our core value of "parental affection" (vatsalya).
- You will nurture a deeply empathetic, patient-centric culture that touches every aspect of our work, from the front desk to the embryology lab.
- You will act as the final point of escalation for complex patient grievances, ensuring every patient feels heard, respected, and cared for.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Experience)
We are looking for a seasoned leader with a proven track record of steering complex healthcare organizations toward success. Your background will include:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field. While a clinical background is a significant advantage, we welcome leaders from diverse educational backgrounds who demonstrate exceptional management capabilities.
- A minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role within a dynamic environment, with a strong preference for experience managing multi-site hospitals or clinics.
- Demonstrable success in P&L management, strategic planning, and achieving sustainable business growth.
- Experience in the fertility, women's health, or a related patient-sensitive sector is highly desirable.
