The Payroll & HRIS Analyst assists the Payroll Manager in the payroll processing and managing and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for Women’s Care and all its entities.
Responsible for running bi-weekly, multi-state and multi-entity end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including data entry, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
Stay up to date with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and ensure compliance in payroll processing.
Process garnishments, wage adjustments, taxes, etc.
Prepare final pay for terminated employees in accordance with state-specific requirements.
Regularly audit payroll data for accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Interface with employees at all levels to provide assistance with payroll-related questions and resolve problems effectively.
Assist with all internal audit processes; including reviewing and updating administration processes to ensure accuracy.
Administer and maintain our Paycom HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Create and distribute reports from the HRIS to support business leadership and operations as needed.
Identify areas for process improvement with a focus on efficiency and workflows within HRIS functions and recommend solutions.
Lead system testing, implementation, and training for new HRIS initiatives.
Work closely with HR team to provide the best customer service possible to all employees and management.
Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of payroll and HRIS administration.
Demonstrate and embody the Women’s Care mission and core values.
Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience processing bi-weekly payroll. Experience with multi-state and multi-entity preferred.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in HRIS administration.

In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, laws, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency within and HRIS required; Paycom is strongly preferred.

Must be proficient in MS Office.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
